I think I’m ready (actually, for anything that life throws my way, kinda xD)! This decade was basically my childhood and I would like to think back on it with good thoughts x) This year, I turned 13.. and am officially a teenager. As I enter this new decade and go to high school, college, etc.. I hope I will do the very best I can possibly do xD I don’t really remember the countdown to year 2000 ten years ago, I was only 3 years old, but I certainly will remember this one xD

2010, here we come.. !

So. This past Saturday, I went to the district band auditions and got 15th chair in the clarinet section – meaning I get to advance to the next round, region band auditions. DUN DUN DUN.
Today, Mrs. Vernon, the Symphonic Band conductor, passed out our district badges

And during 8th period (after STAR), Mr. Britton announced that there were like 38 people who made district band in the whole school, and 31 get to advance.  Only 4 people from Symphonic band made district band, but we all get to advance (:

According to the trumpet player who got first chair the competition for the trumpet section was pretty loose.  Apparently he had beat the 2nd chair person by 75 points – which is like a 98 compared to a 92.

The bassoon player got first chair.  The french horn got 8th.  And I got 15th.  However, I think the clarinet section had the most people auditioning in it ;D

I actually left Lumiere to join Vitamin Drop!  Vitamin Drop is an Asian guild (:  Both times that i stopped by to say hi, someone was always online!  I think I’ll like Vitamin Drop ;D

I’ve tried on my Windows 7 and XP.  And they both won’t work.  And apparently Windows 7 hates my flash drive because it absolutely refuses to read ANYTHING on it.  Or maybe it’s just Word.  It works just fine when I open a document that is stored on my hard drive, but it doesn’t work when I try opening a document stored on my flash drive. -__-

I had to call Dad and have him come home from shopping for groceries to have him fix up the printer. I need it for a project and the project is kind of at a stop since the printer won’t work.  And without the stuff I need to print out, I can’t design or glue anything onto my poster board for my collage.  In addition, I don’t have the evening of today since I need to go to AYO Auditions.  Oh funnn.

So apparently the newly recovered Yahoo account of my little sister is not able to be accessed.
And Mom is kind of mad-ish.  She says that the Yahoo email account was good since it didn’t give out Meimei’s last name yet it did give out her first name.  So now we’re trying to find an email server that has the email username that is good according to Mom xD

We’re watching a non HD old tvb show about 賭王.  It seems really interesting despite the not new and recent part of it xD

I don’t know what is the name of the show though, unless I would provide a Wikipedia page about it, haha xD

Sugar dice sounds coolio.  The guy in the movie who is kind of training to be a 賭王 trained to roll like 6 6’s using those xD

And then there were these 4 guys who went to a casino and then they got defeated by like the manager of the casino, and had their car and clothes taken away since they lost SO BAD.  LOLOL xD

I’m looking forward to continuing to watch the episodes (:

New guild on my main account!  Lumiere is a fashion based guild.  And I kind of like it but it isn’t as warm and tight knit as Nuija.  Haha.

So today at Lumiere, Katie bought new shoes and she took a pic of it and placed it on a petpage.  They were so cute!  And I finally experienced the fashion chat part of the guild.  Basically, I haven’t been chatting it up at Lumiere much ever since I joined.  -feels guilty-
Apparently there is one girl at the guild who is supposedly “very mean” who’s name is Maria.  Never met her before, haha xD  So, Maria, if you are reading this, don’t get mad because I am not saying you are mean, but I’m not saying you aren’t.  I NEED PROOF! xD

Anyway, I plan on staying at Lumière ◊ for ever and ever xD   Or at least until it poofs.  Or until someone irritates me A LOT ;D

Since I had stayed up late awaiting the promised call from BigSis (only to find that she didn’t want to webcam with us until this evening), I stayed in bed longer than usual and didn’t get any “before-I-get-out-of-bed” reading done. In fact, when my mom woke me up around 9, I still wanted to continue sleeping. However, I knew that I had to get up and dressed and eat breakfast in order to get out of the house around 9:30-ish to go to the ice skating rink. I was really tempted during breakfast to watch some 6teen, but decided against it. After breakfast, I changed into a purple t-shirt with glitter stars and a cat in the lower left corner and my jeans. Then I picked up my sweater from the rocking chair and I carried my new zuca ice skate bag to the top of the stairs. Then, I tried to log in to my Neopets account, only to find that the internet connection was gone. I innocently asked my mom if I could wake up Vincent, my brother, who could probably fix up the internet. I mean, either way he would have to wake up xD In the end though, we ended not having enough time to fix up the internet before I had to go out to the ice skating rink (along with my brand new zuca bag with the flashing light wheels xD). At first, the rink wasn’t really cold, but then after I took a quick break (to munch on a bag of Munchies!) and then I skated back into the rink, it suddenly was FUH-REEZ-ING! I practiced my stuff like a good girl, although at times I wished that I could just sit down and read a book or browse the web. At 12, they had to resurface the ice so I exited the rink and munched on the rest of Mom’s Chex Mix (she complained it was too salty; that’s how I like it xD). After 15 minutes, Coach Donna waved Viennie and I over for our lesson. We worked on one foot glides, two foot turns on a circle, one foot glides on a circle, swizzles (fwd and bkwd). We also did the pizza turn xD I’m too lazy to explain, haha! We practiced for about 15 minutes after the lesson ended and then we went home to a lunch of stone soup (this time instead of the shells there were bow ties). It was yummy nevertheless -drools- I spent the rest of the day at home: practicing the piano, violin, and chinese zither, hanging about online_ watching 6teen, reading Twilight, watching videos on You Tube, tweeting, and working on my summer reading. I ate dinner early at 5 since mom wanted me to digest fully before I went to my first ballet lesson in like 7 years xD At the ballet class there were two other girls there. One was a girl I saw a lot in the hallways at HMS another looked familiar, but I didn’t know her. I kept on messing up, and the other two didn’t get picked on a lot. DX Ah well. I would really like to take ballet class, but after the class when Mom drove me home (with me eating my apple) she said that she wasn’t sure whether or not she was going to let me continue to take ballet. Well here’s what I think:

Yesterday night was the finale concert of Choir Camp 2009.  When we were released about 15 minutes after 4, I boarded mom’s car and we drove MeiMei to her dance class.  Then, Mommy and I drove home to pick up Willie and the spring/egg rolls (at dinner, Christina asked me if they were spring or egg rolls, and I had no clue, so I asked Mom, but Mom didn’t know either, rofl).  All throughout the car drive to pick MeiMei up, the spring/egg rolls’ aroma tickled our noses (Willie ate one, and Mom was like: “Your going to eat all of it!” xD)  Mommy eventually allowed us to each take one (:  I dashed in to pick up MeiMei (early from her dance class) and then we drove to the church where the choir camp (and finale concert and dinner) is to take place.  We arrived about 13 minutes late, but apparently our spring/egg rolls were a big hit (all gone! –sob-).  I had a chocolate cupcake. (Really, I don’t particularly care for the cream, just the cupcake itself xD).   I changed into the concertwear after dinner, and then the whole choir (all 45 of us, I think) gathered in this classroom.  It started to feel really stuffy what with all the people in there :[

We organized ourselves and then filed in.  I was in the top row, second to left .  We started the concert off without our binders (to impress our parents ) for Praise the Name of the Lord.  Here’s the program for the full choir pieces (there were four ensembles that sang):

One time I was singing too loudly and I didn’t cut off when I was supposed to so I did a kind of solo…embarrassing    Although, I believe all the sections did mess up at SOME time, we did over all good (:

At the end, flowers were given to Miss Hannah, Rachel, and Bethany =]

And nuts were given to Mr. Baker (one time during the week he admitted that he was a “nut”, all matter-of-factly xD)

We went home once the concert was fully to an end (meaning no more flower/nut-giving .  I ate tomato noodle soup (Big Sis; your fave –sends virtual tomato noodle soup to youuu-)  MeiMei and Willie chose to eat ice cream though :0 xD

Much harder than Wii Sports.
I dunno how that is lol…at Wii Sports I hit at least 4 strikes per game, but yesterday, I got like 4 spares on AMF =)
No strikes.
I wanna go bowling sometime soon (like actual bowling) =)
